Dexter dryers deliver maximum energy efficiency and superior drying speed by balancing heat input, tumble speed, air recirculation, and airflow through fully perforated, large-diameter cylinders. To reduce fuel and electricity costs, Dexter Express Stack Dryers offer improved efficiency with enhanced air flow into and through the dryer, as well as increased recirculation.

Durable and Reliable Design

Engineered to handle the most demanding industrial laundry loads, all Dexter dryers feature heavy-duty bearing housings, oversized bearings, and hardened trunion-shaft assemblies. Dexter dryers are built with a welded steel frame and cabinet. After a 6-stage pre-treat process, each cabinet assembly is completely painted inside and out for maximum corrosion resistance. Extra-large loading doors are made of stainless steel, including full-view glass and easy-grip handles. Dexter dryers also feature solid-state microprocessor controls and electronic spark ignition. The right-shifted lint drawer retains heated air longer, while integrated venting and dual-voltage motors simplify installation.

Flexible Capacity and Installation

Dexter dryers are available in 30, 55, and 80 lb single-pocket capacities and 30 lb and 50 lb stacked dryer units. Choose between gas, steam, or electric models. Easy to install, all Dexter dryers require only single gas, electrical, and exhaust connections. This saves time and money during installation, conserves space and enhances safety.

Larger doors on 55—and 80-lb dryer models, increasing the loading area by 13%. With nearly 100 sq. inches of additional space, these larger doors provide greater convenience for customers or operators handling oversized items.
