Ryan joined AAdvantage Laundry Systems as an installation technician in a part-time role while attending college. He transitioned into a sales/branch manager position, when he opened the first AAdvantage Laundry Systems branch office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ryan spent 8 years in Tulsa before joining a global consulting firm as an Assistant Vice President in Raleigh, NC. In February 2010, Ryan rejoined AAdvantage as the Vice President and now holds the role of President.  Ryan has been an integral part of not only AAdvantage’s sales and revenue growth but also it’s geographical footprint.

Will joined AAdvantage in 2023 as the VP of Operations for the Central Region of EVI. He is responsible for the operations strategy and growth of the business units in the central region. Will received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. Prior to AAdvantage, Will owned and managed multiple businesses in the automotive industry. He has extensive experience in operations leadership and M&A and has held several executive positions overseeing successful turnarounds and acquisitions.
Thao joined AAdvantage Laundry Systems as Controller in the South Central Region. She received her BS in Computer Science and Software Engineering, MS in Accounting, and MBA, all from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Public Accountant. Previous experience includes internal audit, public accounting (audit and advisory), and progressive accounting positions. She has had several consulting positions with system conversions and integration to round out her experience. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and playing strategy games.
